Full movement servicing
Certified watchmakers dismantle, clean and inspect the movement, replace worn parts, then reassemble it with fresh lubrication and care.
Timing and water testing
The watch is regulated and timed, then tested for water resistance, so it is returned in settled working order.
Findings explained clearly
You hear what was found and what was done, in plain language, so a single trip gives you the full picture.

Can I send my watch from Abu Dhabi by courier?
It is an option, and worth discussing with us first on WhatsApp. Use an insured, tracked courier and pack the watch securely. We will explain what to send with it and how the assessment will be shared with you, before any work is agreed.
Is it better to visit from Abu Dhabi in person?
Visiting lets you meet the team, ask questions at the assessment and approve the work face to face. For a watch that matters a great deal, many owners prefer to hand it over themselves, though the choice is yours.
How should an Abu Dhabi client plan a visit?
Message us on WhatsApp with the make of the watch and what you have noticed, and we will agree an appointment at the Dubai Hills workshop, open Monday to Saturday. Planning ahead means one journey is enough, and the assessment can be explained to you while you are here.
I travel often. Should the watch be checked?
Frequent flyers cross climates, time zones and cabin pressure, and the watch goes with them. If it has started to drift, an inspection will show whether a service is due, and we will tell you plainly if it is not.
