What a Dubai Hills service includes
Complete movement disassembly
The movement is taken apart completely so every wheel, bridge and spring can be examined individually, including the wear that cannot be seen from the outside.
Ultrasonic bath cleaning
Old oil, dust and fine debris are lifted from each component in an ultrasonic bath, leaving clean surfaces ready for fresh lubrication.
Parts and re-lubrication
Worn parts are replaced where needed, then each bearing point is lubricated again so the rebuilt movement runs freely.
Regulation and sealing tests
Once reassembled, the watch is regulated and timed, and its water resistance is tested before it returns to your wrist.

You can. Each watch is assessed on its own merits, so a daily steel sports watch and a rarely worn dress piece are treated according to what they need, with no single schedule applied to the lot. You choose which ones go ahead.
What happens to the watch once I hand it over?
A certified watchmaker opens the case, strips the movement, cleans and inspects every part, then reassembles, lubricates, regulates and tests it. Where a part is worn we tell you, rather than replacing things by default, and you agree before anything further is done.
Do I need an appointment to visit the workshop?
Yes, appointments keep the visit unhurried. Message us on WhatsApp or call to choose a time, and we will be ready for you when you arrive. The workshop is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday, so there is a day that can fit around school and work.
