Watch Repinning for Abu Dhabi
Many Abu Dhabi clients travel to Dubai for specialist work, and others send the watch in by insured courier. Either way we prepare in advance, then repin and resize the bracelet at our Dubai Hills workshop.

Watch Repinning
Make one trip count
From Al Maryah Island, the Corniche or Saadiyat, a journey to a workshop in another emirate has to be worth making. So we talk before you travel, learn the make and the symptoms, and tell you what we expect to look at, so the time you spend with us goes on the watch itself.
Repinning replaces the worn pins, collars and screws that let a bracelet stretch and rattle, keeps the original links wherever possible and resizes the bracelet to your wrist. You see the findings before anything is changed, so a decision made in Dubai is an informed one.

Planning the journey around the work
Preparation by message
Photos and a short description sent by WhatsApp let us prepare for what we expect to find before you set off.
Findings explained in person
When the watch arrives, the bracelet is inspected and the findings are explained, so you can decide what to approve.
Parts renewed, links kept
Worn pins, collars, screws and springbars are replaced, and your original links are retained wherever they can be.
Sized around your wrist
We discuss how you want the watch to fit and size the bracelet accordingly, since a second trip is rarely welcome.

From Al Maryah Island to Dubai Hills
Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, is home to wearers of fine watches on Al Maryah Island, along the Corniche and on Saadiyat. Many travel to Dubai for specialist work, and some arrange for the watch to come in by insured courier, which is worth talking through with us first.
If you are weighing the options, message us on WhatsApp first. We can talk through the visit, or ask how sending the watch by insured courier would work. Our hours run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and you are never asked to commit before we have discussed what the bracelet needs.
Signs that justify the journey
- The watch loosens noticeably over a day of travel or meetings
- A rattle follows you through airports and hotel lobbies
- You have been putting the repair off until you are next in Dubai
- One link seems to be working looser than the rest

Questions about watch repinning in Abu Dhabi
Do I need to travel from Abu Dhabi for a bracelet repair?
Many clients come to our Dubai Hills workshop in person. If that is difficult, ask about sending the watch by insured courier when you message us, and we will talk through the arrangements with you before anything is sent.
What should I send before my Abu Dhabi trip to Dubai?
Send photos of the bracelet from the side and laid flat, a short description of what you notice and the watch make. It lets us prepare, and it gives you a realistic sense of the appointment before you leave Abu Dhabi.
Can the work be agreed remotely?
Findings are shown before any work, so decisions are made with sight of the watch and its bracelet. If you use a courier, we will explain how we share those findings with you, and you remain in control of what is approved.
Is it worth coming from Abu Dhabi for repinning alone?
If the bracelet is loose, rattling or lengthening, a specialist job can be worth the journey, and it combines well with other business in Dubai. We will tell you in advance what we expect to examine so you can decide.
