What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you are interested in, details of your watch and your message. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email we receive whatever you choose to share. Our website host also processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the pages to you.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange an appointment, assess and service your watch, and keep a record of the work carried out. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that help us run the website and the enquiry form, and with messaging services such as WhatsApp when you choose to contact us through them. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to deliver its pages and forms. If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this page to say so.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of work on your watch, and then delete or anonymise it.
