Abu Dhabi has collectors of its own and many reasons to wear a good watch, from Al Maryah Island to the Corniche and Saadiyat. ChronoCare welcomes owners from the capital at the Dubai Hills workshop, and treats a long journey as a reason to be especially well prepared.
Clients either make the trip to Dubai or send the watch in by insured courier. Either way, please message us first, so that we can agree how the watch should reach us before it goes anywhere, and so that nothing precious is sent on an assumption.
A journey is easier to justify when one visit achieves a lot. Because servicing, polishing, repair, repinning and authentication are all handled here, a single trip can deal with everything the watch needs, and nothing has to be sent on to a second workshop afterwards.

Some clients use an insured courier. Please do not send anything before speaking to us. Message us on WhatsApp, and we will agree with you how the watch should travel and what to expect on arrival.
Is it worth travelling to Dubai Hills for one watch?
Usually the trip is more rewarding if it covers everything: a service, a refinish and a new set of bracelet pins can all be done together, and an examination will tell you which are worth having.
Do you work on watches bought in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Where a watch was purchased does not matter to us. We are independent, and we service and repair Swiss and independent makers, including Rolex, Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet.
