Emirates Hills is a gated villa community arranged around the Montgomerie golf course, and its collectors tend to prefer privacy and patience. Service of that kind is what we aim to provide: an appointment with time in it, a watchmaker who knows the subject, and no sense of being processed.
A serious collection benefits from one watchmaker's eye across the whole of it. Which pieces are overdue for service, which bracelets have started to stretch, which case has been polished too often already, and what should be looked at first are questions best answered by someone who has seen everything together.
Provenance matters more as a collection grows. Independent authentication with a written report builds a record you can keep beside each watch's box and papers, and it gives the next owner, whether by sale or inheritance, a document to trust.

Can you review a whole collection in one appointment?
Yes. Bring the watches, or a selection, and a watchmaker will examine each and advise on priorities, so you leave with one plan for the whole collection.
Do you handle rare and independent makers?
We work on Richard Mille, F.P. Journe, Patek Philippe and other Swiss and independent makers. For a particularly unusual piece, bring it to Dubai Hills and we will say frankly whether we can take it on.
Why have watches authenticated that I already own?
A written findings report documents what each watch is and its condition at a moment in time. It is useful for insurance, for resale, and for anyone who inherits the collection later.
