A Watchmaking Atelier Within Chrono Group
ChronoCare is the in-house watchmaking arm of Chrono Group, working from Dubai Hills with certified watchmakers who look after fine watches of every age.
Our story
From showroom to workshop
Chrono Group is a luxury watch dealer with a showroom at Prive Residences in Dubai Hills, where more than 100 watches are in store. The group deals in Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, F.P. Journe, Vacheron Constantin, Cartier and Tudor.
ChronoCare is its sister company and provides the in-house watchmaking. Anyone who handles fine watches every day learns quickly what they need to stay in good order, and that is why a watchmaking atelier belongs alongside a showroom.
Today ChronoCare offers servicing, polishing, repair, repinning and authentication under one roof, all carried out by certified watchmakers at our Dubai Hills workshop. We remain independent, working on watches from many makers without a tie to any of them.

Chrono Group began by sourcing some of the world’s rarest timepieces and went on to open its own luxury watch boutique at Prive Residences. It is now a trusted name in luxury watches in Dubai.
The boutique buys, sells and sources Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille and more. ChronoCare works alongside it, so the watches that pass through Chrono Group, and the watches our clients already own, are looked after by the same in-house watchmakers.
What we hold to
Candour
We tell you what the watch needs and what it does not, and we show you the work before we carry it out.
Restraint
The best refinishing and repair does only what is necessary, so a watch keeps its edges, proportions and character.
Craft
Certified watchmakers take the time each movement, case and bracelet asks for, and nothing is hurried to suit a schedule.
Independence
No manufacturer stands behind our advice. Our only interest is the condition of your watch and the confidence you have in it.
