Once the watch is at the bench, our certified watchmakers diagnose it and explain what they find. Nothing is repaired until you have understood the work and agreed to it, wherever you happen to be, and that holds just as much when the watch comes by courier.

Can I send a watch from Abu Dhabi to your Dubai Hills workshop?
Clients do arrange to ship watches in by insured courier. Please contact us first on WhatsApp so we can agree the arrangement, confirm the watch details and make sure someone is ready to receive and examine it. We will also tell you what information to have ready.
Do I have to come to Dubai in person?
Not necessarily. Much can be settled by WhatsApp or phone, including the symptoms, photographs and the proposal. A visit or an insured courier is still needed so a watchmaker can examine the watch, because a fault cannot be diagnosed from photographs alone.
What should I photograph before the watch leaves Abu Dhabi?
Take clear pictures of the dial, case sides, crown and caseback, and note any marks or faults. This records the condition before travel and helps us advise sensibly. Keep your own note of the watch's reference and serial number. We will review them with you before the watch is examined.
Will you tell me what is wrong before you start work?
Yes. The watch is examined first, and the findings and proposed repair are explained before any work begins. If you are back in Abu Dhabi at that stage, we can talk it through by phone or message so you can decide without travelling again.
