How We Care for Your Watch

Six clear steps from first message to collection, so you always know where your watch is and what is happening to it.

From first message to the day it returns

01

Get in touch

Send a WhatsApp message or call us, describe the watch and what you have noticed, and we will arrange a time for you to visit.

02

Bring it in

Visit the Dubai Hills workshop at Prive Residences during opening hours, and meet the watchmaker who will examine your watch.

03

Examination

The watchmaker inspects the case, crystal, crown, bracelet and movement behaviour, listening to what you have seen as well.

04

Agreement

We explain what needs doing, what could wait, and what is optional. Nothing begins until you have agreed the work.

05

In the workshop

Certified watchmakers carry out the work in the right sequence, so that servicing, refinishing and bracelet work support each other.

06

Collection

You collect a watch that has been checked before release, and we talk through what was done and how to look after it.

Nothing without agreement

We show you what needs doing before we do it, and you decide what goes ahead.

No borrowed credentials

We are independent, and we never suggest an approval or affiliation with any watch brand that we do not hold.

Findings in writing

Every authentication examination ends with a written report of what was found.

Before your visit

What to bring, and what to expect

A little preparation makes the first appointment more useful. None of it is essential, and a watchmaker can work from the watch alone.

01

The watch, and anything that came with it

If you have the box, warranty card or earlier service paperwork, bring them along. They help us understand the history of the watch.

02

What you have noticed

Tell us how the watch has been behaving: gaining or losing time, a stiff crown, condensation under the crystal or a bracelet that has loosened. Small details help.

03

A clear explanation

You will hear what the watch needs now, what could wait and what is optional, in plain language. Nothing goes ahead until you have agreed it.

04

Care advice at collection

When you collect, we explain what was done and how to look after the watch until its next visit.
