ChronoCare Dubai
Watch Services, Carried Out by One Team
Servicing, polishing, repair, repinning and authentication from certified watchmakers at our Dubai Hills workshop. Choose one service, or let us plan several together.
Services
Five disciplines, one atelier
A watch seldom needs just one thing. The movement may be due its service while the bracelet has stretched and the case has picked up the marks of daily wear. Spread across several workshops, that means a lot of handovers and a lot of explaining.
Each ChronoCare service has its own page, with the detail of what is done and in what order. Read the one that fits, then book an appointment and a watchmaker will examine the watch and recommend only what it requires.

A quick guide
Which service does your watch need?
You do not need to diagnose the watch yourself. These are the signs owners most often describe, and the service they usually lead to. A watchmaker confirms the right course once the watch has been examined.
It runs fast, slow or stops
Timekeeping drift, a short power reserve or a watch that stops overnight usually points to a movement that is due a full service, or to a fault that needs repair.
The case and bracelet look tired
Scratches, scuffs and dulled surfaces from daily wear are the work of polishing, carried out with care to keep the original edges and proportions.
The bracelet feels loose or rattles
Stretch and play between the links come from worn pins and tubes. Repinning restores a bracelet that sits and moves as it should.
You are buying a pre-owned watch
Before you commit, an independent authentication examines the case, dial, movement and bracelet and records what was found in writing.
