Each finish is restored on its own terms, with brushed grain kept running in its original direction and polished faces kept clean and bright.
Metal removed sparingly
We take the least metal needed to lift the marks, and we say so when a watch would be better left without polishing.
Laser welding for dents
Deeper dents can be built back up by laser welding, which keeps the original edge in place instead of grinding the surrounding metal away.
