Can I bring several watches from Emirates Hills in a single visit?
Yes, by appointment. Tell us how many you plan to bring when you message on WhatsApp so the watchmaker can allow time to look at each properly. We review each watch separately and agree a plan for every one. Bringing a few at once is often easier than several separate visits.
Does golf wear need special treatment?
Golf can leave small knocks and scuffs on lugs and flanks. These are assessed like any other marks, with attention to depth. Shallow ones usually refinish lightly, while deeper damage is discussed, including whether laser welding is worth considering. Golf alone is no reason to polish.
How do you keep a watch's originality during polishing?
We take as little metal as we can, follow the existing grain and bevel lines, and avoid altering proportions. For never-polished cases we offer the lightest approach first, and we explain what a heavier approach would give up. The result should look like your watch, only cleaner.
